Udagi Scout offers subscription-based access to our premium analytics features. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to premium content and tools for the duration of your billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
We accept refund requests within 14 days of your first subscription payment, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (the Consumer Rights Directive). To request a refund, please contact us at support@udagiscout.com with your account details.
Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
