Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services

Udagi Scout offers subscription-based access to our premium analytics features. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to premium content and tools for the duration of your billing period.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• No further payments will be taken.
• You will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your account will revert to a free account at the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Requests

We accept refund requests within 14 days of your first subscription payment, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (the Consumer Rights Directive). To request a refund, please contact us at support@udagiscout.com with your account details.

Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, offer refunds outside of the 14-day window in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service, where we are unable to resolve the problem.
• Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error on our part.
